Ok... I am back.... Second day of work.... As of today, I felt damn lucky that I got my current job... Besides, the flexibility of OTOT lunch break, smoke break, drinks break or whatever break, nobody touches me for additional workload, and one more thing, I got a good supervisor...

I dun wanna explain here because I dun wanna be guilty of revealing trade secrets... So what happen today? Basically, at about 4.20, my supervisor took me out for some la kopi session... Can u imagine this? Then he explained the rationale of my work from the very scratch, as in how do my work contribute to the organization.... Now then I know, after some estimation from what I have done so far, my work actually would contribute around 1 or 2 millions to the organization... Can u imagine this? But this 1 or 2 millions is definitely not earnings la....

After that, my supervisor sort of speak to me about life as a worker... He said that after working so many years, most people that he met actually are above average in terms of intelligence... So the thing that sets them apart, is their relationships with their colleagues, superiors, or subordinates. Sometimes, luck also play a very big portion on ur career. For example, if you are involve in a project that turn out to be very successful, even if ur contribution is average, you will still get credit for it. Vice versa, if your project fails, no matter how much effort you put in, you still gonna be screwed. This is life. Another thing is, you will not make it far in one company if your boss don't like you... This is true to certain extent, depending on how you look at it...

After speaking to him for about 1 hr, I begin to have more motivations for my work because now I see how my work can be recognize, even though it is very simple, dull and boring...

After work today, I met up with Desmond and Vikrant for some chilling session... Even though I am quite tired, I still feel like meeting them to talk cock. Desmond seems to be really keen to sign on police... That's a good route for him...

Now, actually there is some matters that I am really very very disappointed in... But since I can do nothing, so I also dun wanna bother much... Just put it as I just gave up...
