Hi guys... I am back from the Bondue camp. I think this camp sort of mark my beginning of my life in SMU. Overall, I would think this camp is very fun and enjoyable. It sort of make me NOT looking forward for the Freshmen Team Building Camp that I will be going next week. Nevermind, low expectation would always got satisfied easily. Since I never expect anything, so it should be a good thing.

I purposely wait for Kevin to blog first, because I wanna see how much he said about the camp. But too bad, he din manage to finish his entry. Therefore, I assume he will be blogging on things that I have seen... Haa... Xin Fu De Nan Ren....

First Day

I am suppose to meet up with Kevin and Wayne @ 8.15 am at City Hall MRT Station. When I reached, it is just nice, but Kevin is late. So I go ahead to the School of Accountancy with Wayne and another groupmate, Jiayong. Over at the School of Accountancy (SOA), already see many girls. So we register first and wait for Kevin to pass him his indemnity form. We wait and wait, then Jiayong went to join our group first. The situation becomes our group member is waiting for us, while we are still waiting for Kevin.

When we link up with our group, we have a very brief introduction of ourselves. The other group members that I have know is mainly Joanna, Juliet, Clara and Karthi and Jethro. So we carry on with some simple icebreaker games like Heeha, Tiu Tiu Tiu while waiting for two more girls to come. Finally, Angela and Xiaohui arrived. Apparently, most of the girls seems to know each other also. So, for the whole morning, we are playing icebreaking games and doing forfeit.

After lunch, this is the fun part where we are doing teambuilding games. The first game is bursting balloon game. The girls have to blow a balloon with water inside, tie it, then put in on the guys lap, then sit on the balloon to burst it. Haa... For this game, the guy can say totally zo bo lan. Just sit down there, relax and wait for the balloon. Initially when the station master demonstrate, it seems that it is very difficult to do it. But Angela is able to inflate the balloon with ease. From this game, we find out that Angela is a good in blowing... For the second game, we need to pass the grapes with mouth. Jiayong and Wayne is the main contributor as wayne throw the grape to Jiayong, and Jiayong must be able to catch the grape with his mouth. For the third game, is finding marbles inside water which consist of egg, mayo, and leftover lunch. There will be extra incentives if we dunk our head inside this water. Somehow, my group seems to be crazy. Each and everyone of us dunk our head inside this disgusting shit. Then we have to play a game which consist of three groups of pple, first two person blow out three candles, so definitely one of them must be Angela, since she is good in blowing, the other is Jiayong. Then Wayne have to wear long pants, and Joanna gotta put the egg under his pants and push from one end to another. Apparently, the egg got into wayne's shorts as well. Then third stage is passing cards by sucking it with mouth. From this stage, we find that Xiaohui is good in sucking. Then fourth stage is Juliet must put lipstick on my lips with her mouth, then i kiss her hand. For the fifth game, I also dunnoe what to say, we won without knowing what is going on. Just basically dodge ball. Final game is something like BAC. Crawl and roll in the mud. So after that we are damn dirty and have to be like pigs like that standing in front of someone with the hose to clean us up.

After dinner, we board the bus and went all the way to Changi for our fright night. Our fright night is held at Old Changi Hospital. I would say the night walk we have organize for Spac2go is better than this fright night except for the environment. But because of the environment, there is a lot of limits of what they can do. So I understand that, and they did a good job, by telling us the story of whatever rooms and we have to go inside to find something out of the room with only two persons. I am suppose to go into a toilet with Juliet to find a tongue. When I step inside, all the cubicles have no doors except for one. So it is pretty obvious what will happen. Indeed the door open up, and I saw two figures with hairs covering the face, wearing black and make strange noise. I ignore them and went on to search other cubicles. Confirm got nothing, then i go back, seeing one of the "ghost" pointing at his face. So i reach out my hand, and got the tongue out. After this, I think wayne go in to find something, then tt's the end.

Here is the cock part. We are suppose to BBQ at the chalet. However, we are not given anything else except for the charcoal. There is no fire starter, no grill. Even the food, just few packets of crabmeat stick and hotdogs, then one packet of chicken wing without marination and one whole chicken. First time i see BBQ got one whole chicken. So we went to Changi Village for supper. Over there, me and wayne sort of roughly talk about the majors in SMU Business degree, especially on the finance major, and the difference between quantitative finance and finance.

Finally, back to the chalet. It is like 3 groups of 10 pple each squeeze into one chalet, with one group assign to one room each. So u can imagine how squeeze it can be. My group members play bridge, which i define as brain cell killing games while me, wayne and jiayong are watching. Now I sort of know how to play bridge le, but it is still quite difficult. So, all the while we are waiting to bath and all the while the bathroom seems to be not available. Apparently, other grp members have been showering all the way. We are the last group to shower.

After showering, it is finally time to sleep. Three girls are sleeping on the floor, while 5 girls slept on the bed, guys dun need to say. Since the room is not that cold, we decided to use the sleeping bag as a pillow. Sometime later, I wake up, and saw our facilitator, Eugene and Jiayong jumping into their sleeping bag. At that point of time, I still dunnoe what is going on. Later, I woke up again to find myself freezing. So I decided to got into sleeping bag as well. Karthi woke up to go to shower at this point, so I presume it is about to wake up soon, but I just heck care. In the morning, the girls also complaining that it is damn cold. Joanna said tt she woke up a few times to push the fan upwards, which is towards us. Then I ask her why she dn wanna turn it off, she said tt she thought we want the fan on... Anyway, when i was about to brush my teeth, I open the door and the room opposite me, which is Kevin's grp door also just open and I saw Kevin. The situation is damn funny. Like long time neighbour, then we see each other every morning.
